Despite all marketing suites and show homes being closed due to the current Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, we have now sold the last property at our Applegrove development in Oxhill.
The Government’s social distancing advice, followed by the current lockdown, has required Piper Homes to adopt new sales methods at its housing developments but, despite these challenges, interest – and sales – remains strong.
Located off Whatcote Road, Applegrove comprises four luxury, five bedroom homes, all of which benefit from large gardens and detached, double garages.
Our Managing Director, Dave Bradley, said: “It is a great feeling to know that our customers trust our reputation for delivering high quality, well-designed homes to the extent that they are willing to reserve our properties based on virtual tours and the information in our brochures. I’m also incredibly proud of our sales teams for tackling the current challenges head-on and still delivering the same high standard of customer care that our customers would expect from face-to-face appointments.”
The couple who purchased the final property at Applegrove viewed the development earlier this year with subsequent meetings arranged via telephone and information shared digitally in place of face-face appointments.
Features of our homes at Applegrove include log burning stoves included in the living room, bifold doors leading out to the rear gardens, kitchens benefitting from Siemans and Smeg appliances and a Juliet balcony, walk-in dressing room and stylish en suite in the master bedroom.
Dave continued: “In addition to delivering a high-quality build and well-designed layout, we pride ourselves on choosing the best locations for our new homes.
“Oxhill certainly offers a great place to live, with a pub, village hall and tearoom on the doorstep, as well as plenty of surrounding countryside for homeowners to enjoy walks, cycling and exploring with the family. We’re very much looking forward to welcoming our new homeowners to Applegrove.”
