Found your dream home but still go a house to sell? Easy Move is designed to help get you moving.
Under the scheme, we will help to sell your existing house, allowing you to move into one of our new homes. We will manage the process of selling your house, helping to take all the stress away from you and, as an added benefit, under Easy Move you can save on your estate agents fees.
So how does it work?
Firstly, you find a Piper Home that you would like to buy. We’ll then ask you to complete an Easy Move application form.
Once you’ve done this, we will value your property. You can be confident that you’ll be offered a fair price for your home as we will arrange for two independent valuations to be carried out before agreeing an asking price with you. Once we’re all happy with the price, our trusted estate agents will be appointed to sell your property.
We will help to manage the whole process for you so, when a buyer has been found, we will also work with the estate agents through to completion and exchange. You will then be able to move into your new Piper home. It couldn’t be simpler!

Terms and conditionsYou will need to allow the estate agents access to your home within five days of your application.
Upon receipt of the valuation report, you will be invited to attend a meeting with our sales advisor where we will agree the marketing price and target achievable price for your home. If you are not happy to accept these valuations, we will cancel the Easy Move application.
If you accept the valuations, you will agree to instruct the nominated estate agents, and agree to their terms to market your property.
You will agree to allow reasonable access to your home, to the erection of a for sale board and to fully cooperate with the nominated estate agents to help facilitate a sale.
The reservation period will run for 6 weeks from the date of reservation. If no acceptable offer is received for your home within this period, we reserve the right to offer the new home for sale and to refund your reservation deposit in accordance with the reservation agreement.
In order to meet the reservation deadline, you will need to instruct your solicitor in advance of a sale so they are ready to go once an offer is received.
We will pay your estate agents commission plus VAT, up to a maximum of 2% of the new home value, providing you legally complete on the purchase of your new Piper Home.
If you already have an estate agent instructed on your property you will be responsible for settling their fees plus VAT prior to entering into this agreement.
