Buying a custom build property essentially means you’re in control of the internal design of your new home. From deciding whether you prefer an open plan layout or separate rooms to choosing the kitchen of your dreams (will you go traditional with an AGA or opt for ultra-modern sleek lines?); buying custom build gives you the freedom to make your new home truly unique. This includes the finer details too, such as the electrical socket finishes and positions, the style of staircase, the skirting and internal doors – it’s all down to what style suits you best.

But don’t worry, we don’t expect you to become an architect and builder overnight. Our wonderful design, build and sales team will be there to help guide you through the process (as much or as little as you need!).

How does a custom build work?

Our ‘Secret’ custom build is on sale for just £540,000 (nearly half the price of some of our other house types at Royale Gardens), leaving you with budget to complete the internal works. You’ll need to have the funds to pay this amount, or successfully apply for a mortgage.

You will then be invited to meet with our design team who can work with you to create the perfect layout and provide advice on any of your choices. Once you’re happy with the choices and a cost has been agreed, our builders will complete the work.

Or, you can choose to complete the design and build process without our support. It’s completely your decision!
