*Stamp Duty Paid/Contributions: Stamp duty paid, or contribution offers are available on selected plots only, and are based on a full asking price of your chosen home. Offer amount may vary. The agreed amount will be deducted on your completion statement on legal completion of your purchase. This offer can be used as a part of the Pick and Mix incentive but not in conjunction with any other offer. If the Piper home you are purchasing is not your only home, you will need to cover the additional stamp duty incurred. Contact your Sales Advisor for details.

*Mortgage Paid: Up to 12 Months Mortgage Paid is available on selected plots only with a full reservation on or before 21st December 2023 based on full asking price of your chosen home. The agreed amount will be deducted on your completion statement on legal completion of your purchase. This offer can be used as a part of the Pick and Mix incentive but not in conjunction with any other offer.

*Deposit Contributions: Deposit Contribution are available as part of the Pick and Mix incentive package for selected homes reserved before the 21st December 2023. The value of the agreed Mortgage or Deposit Contribution will be deducted from the total sale price on legal completion of your purchase.

* First Time Buyer Gifted deposit: is available as part of the Pick and Mix incentive package for selected homes reserved before the 21st December 2023. Up to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price of your chosen home. The value of the agreed Mortgage or Deposit Contribution will be deducted from the total sale price on legal completion of your purchase.

*£2,000 JOHN LEWIS VOUCHER/PC World Vouchers are available on reservations made on or before 21st December 2023 and are payable upon legal completion. Offer is available as part of the Pick and Mix incentive package at the discretion of Piper Homes. Vouchers cannot be backdated, exchanged, or used as part payment. Only one voucher per reservation.

£4k energy and utility contributions are available as part of the Pick and Mix incentive package for selected homes reserved on or before 21st December 2023. Up to a maximum of £4,000. The agreed amount is at Piper Homes discretion and will be deducted on your completion statement on legal completion of your purchase. This offer can be used as a part of the Pick and Mix incentive but not in conjunction with any other offer.

The amount we pay may not be the same as your actual energy bill payments and may not fully cover all your energy bills as this is dependent on individual usage patterns. It is your responsibility to use the money from the Offer to help keep up with your energy bill payments

Buying options terms and conditions

* Easy Move You will need to allow the estate agents access to your home within five days of your application.

Upon receipt of the valuation report, you will be invited to attend a meeting with our sales advisor where we will agree the marketing price and target achievable price for your home. If you are not happy to accept these valuations, we will cancel the Easy Move application.

If you accept the valuations, you will agree to instruct the nominated estate agents, and agree to their terms to market your property.

You will agree to allow reasonable access to your home, to the erection of a for sale board and to fully cooperate with the nominated estate agents to help facilitate a sale.

The reservation period will run for 6 weeks from the date of reservation. If no acceptable offer is received for your home within this period, we reserve the right to offer the new home for sale and to refund your reservation deposit in accordance with the reservation agreement.

To meet the reservation deadline, you will need to instruct your solicitor in advance of a sale, so they are ready to go once an offer is received.

We will pay your estate agents commission plus VAT, up to a maximum of 2% of the new home value, providing you legally complete on the purchase of your new Piper Home.

If you already have an estate agent instructed on your property, you will be responsible for settling their fees plus VAT prior to entering into this agreement.

*Part Exchange is only available on selected developments and homes. Your existing home must be 70% or less than the value of the Piper Home you are considering purchasing.

Not all properties can be considered for Part Exchange due to their method of construction or unusual characteristics.

Leasehold properties cannot be considered. Whether a property is suitable for the Piper Part Exchange scheme is entirely at our discretion and we are at liberty to refuse any property without explanation.
